  • Monitor and provide one-button access to stations and lines.
  • Provide one-button access to features and functions.
  • Provide one-button access to frequently dialed numbers (i.e., speed dial)

Easy and Convenient

20 fixed function buttons provide convenient access to several frequently user system features such as hold and transfer. Most pre-programmed features are activated with the touch of a single button.

Interactive

Display messages and indicator lamps keep users apprised of their total phone environment. The LCD displays information such as day, date, and time, call duration, station status messages such as "Conferenced" or "Do Not Disturb", and Caller ID name and number. Dual-color LEDs indicate different line activity based on the state and color. For example, a slow flashing red lamp indicates a call on system hold.

Programmable

User-Defined programmable keys and parameters allow a user to configure the Plexus Key Telephone to best meet their personal communications needs. Programmable keys may be defined to monitor stations or lines or provide one-button access to features, functions, or frequently dialed numbers (i.e., Speed Dial). Users can select from 16 available ring tones. The distinctive ring tones differentiate between intercom calls and external calls and between calls ringing at one station and other nearby stations. Other user-defined parameters include volume control (ring, handset, and speakerphone), inactive display, LCD contrast, and Caller ID display format.

Attractive and Comfortable

The attractive, ergonomic design makes for easy operation and user-friendly interaction. Large buttons and the weighted, matte finish handset provide for comfortable handling, while the table-top stand ensures a perfect viewing angle.

Reliable

Several design aspects deliver unmatched quality and reliability. The million-stroke keys provide maximum endurance, far greater than the 50- 60,000 stoke keys used on many competitors models. Labeling on the keypad is double-injected so that it will never wear off. And the superior microphone guarantees clear, high-quality voice transmission.
